As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I know that facing life’s challenges—whether in relationships, work, or personal struggles—can feel daunting and often isolating.

I’m committed to providing a space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I believe in building a trusting, supportive relationship where we can explore the challenges you’re facing together. Whether you’re dealing with stress, navigating a life transition, or just looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to guide you. I use evidence-based practices while tailoring our approach to your unique needs.

Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler, a big animal lover, and a foodie always seeking new culinary adventures. When I’m not exploring the world or painting, you can find me unwinding with a good true crime podcast or a book.

My goal is to empower you to discover your inner strength and create meaningful change. Together, we can work towards a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and true to who you are.

Growing a family is hard—and so is staying mentally well while doing it. I’m here to help.

I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in perinatal mental health—supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the complex emotional terrain of becoming (or being) a parent. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tearful, irritable, or just not like yourself, you’re not alone—and it doesn’t mean you’re failing.

I offer thoughtful, nonjudgmental care that includes medication management (if needed), supportive therapy, and practical strategies to help you feel more like you again. My style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in real-life understanding of the challenges that come with this stage of life.

I also support clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma—because those don’t press pause when you’re pregnant or parenting. If you’re looking for a provider who listens, gets it, and works with you to create a plan that fits your life, I’d love to connect.
